摘要:
前交通动脉动脉瘤是最常见的一种颅内动脉瘤,而前交通动脉承接着大脑前动脉A1、A2段,因此大脑前动脉A1、A2段对于前交通动脉动脉瘤的发生有一定影响,例如,双侧A1段的直径比越大,前交通动脉动脉瘤越容易发生;A1、A2段的解剖变异也会促使前交通动脉动脉瘤的发生;A1-A2角、A2与前交通动脉的角度同样也影响着前交通动脉动脉瘤的发生。不仅如此,A1段还会影响前交通动脉动脉瘤的生长方向,甚至影响其破裂。本文就前交通动脉解剖与前交通动脉动脉瘤发生、破裂的相关性研究进展进行综述,为临床提供参考。
Abstract:
The anterior communicating artery aneurysm is the most common intracranial aneurysm, and the anterior communicating artery serves as the continuation of the anterior cerebral artery segments A1 and A2, thus the segments A1 and A2 of the anterior cerebral artery have certain influence on the occurrence of anterior communicating artery aneurysm. For example, the larger the ratio of the diameter of the bilateral A1 segment, the more likely it is for an anterior communicating artery aneurysm to occur. The anatomical variations of the segments A1 and A2 also promotes the occurrence of anterior communicating artery aneurysm. Similarly, the angles of A1-A2 and A2 with the anterior communicating artery also affect the occurrence of anterior communicating artery aneurysm. Not only that, the segment A1 also affects the growth direction of the anterior communicating artery aneurysm and even its rupture. This review summarizes the research progress on the anatomy of the anterior communicating artery and the occurrence and rupture of anterior communicating artery aneurysm, providing clinical references.
