摘要:
目的 通过测量正常儿童(0~18岁)头颅CT三维重建后颅腔数据,建立正常儿童颅腔体积的生长曲线。方法 收集2018年9月至2019年9月954例正常儿童头颅CT检查影像数据,并通过图像重建保存至图片存档与通讯系统,测量颅腔数据。结果 相同年龄组儿童中,男性颅腔体积明显大于女性(P<0.05)。颅腔体积随年龄变化的拟合方程:颅腔体积=982.6×年龄0.1302,颅腔体积增长速度逐渐减缓,0~2岁是儿童颅腔体积迅速增长期。颅腔体积、颅长、颅宽、颅高逐渐增大;而且,年龄与颅腔体积(r=0.919)、颅长(r=0.587)、颅宽(r=0.278)、颅高(r=0.598)均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。颅腔体积=6.535×颅长+0.059×颅宽+4.182×颅高-349.193,颅长的变化对颅腔体积的变化贡献最大。正常儿童前囟出生后4~6个月最大,之后逐渐减小,在2.5岁前闭合。结论 儿童颅腔体积呈幂函数曲线增长,结合儿童颅腔体积增长特点,建议儿童颅骨成形术在2岁及之后进行
Abstract:
Objective To establish a growth curve of normal children's (age, 0~18 years) cranial volume by measuring the cranial cavity after three-dimensional reconstruction of normal children's head CT imaging. Methods The head CT image data of 954 normal children who received CT examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College from September 2018 to September 2019 were collected, and the image reconstruction was saved to the picture archiving communication system to measure the cranial cavity data. Results Among the children of same age, the cranial volume of males was signifcantly larger than that of females (P<0.05). The fitting equation of cranial cavity volume with age: cranial cavity volume=982.6×age0.1302. According to the fitting equation, the volume growth rate of cranial cavity was gradually slowed down as the age incraesed, and the cranial volume of children is rapidly increasing within 2 years old. Cranial cavity volume=6.535×cranial length+0.059×cranial width+4.182×cranial height-349.193. According to the regression equation, the cranial length contributed the most to the changes in cranial volume. The anterior sputum of normal children was the largest in children of 4~6 months, then gradually decreased, and closed before 2.5 years old. Conclusions The cranial volume of children grows with a power function curve. According to the characteristics of growth of cranial volume in children, it is recommended that children undergo cranioplasty at the age of 2 years and later
