摘要:
目的 探讨显微血管减压术(MVD)治疗老年原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)的效果。方法 回归分析法2014年1月至2016年6月MVD治疗的108例PTN的临床资料,其中年龄≥60岁58例(老年组),<60岁有50例(对照组)。结果 术后3 d,老年组有效率(98.3%)与对照组(98.0%)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率(64.0%,32/50)明显高于老年组(37.9%,22/58;P<0.05)。老年组术后并发症发生率(24.1%,14/58)与对照组(28.0%,14/50)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后1年,两组各有1例复发,均未见永久性神经功能缺失。结论 对于药物难治性、药物不良反应重以及对生活质量要求较高的老年PTN病人,应积极采用MVD治疗
