摘要:
目的 探讨人脑膜瘤组织β-连环素(β-catenin)和半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)的表达水平与术后复发的关系。方法 收集2017年12月至2019年12月手术切除的脑膜瘤组织93例,选取同期颅脑损伤内减压术切除的正常脑组织30例作为对照,免疫组化染色检测组织β-catenin和Gal-3表达水平。脑膜瘤病人术后随访12个月。结果 93例脑膜瘤中,术后1年复发19,复发率为20.43%;74例未复发。脑膜瘤组织β-catenin低表达率(66.67%,62/93)明显高于正常脑组织(16.67%,5/30;P<0.05)。脑膜瘤组织Gal-3高表达率(64.52%,60/93)明显高于正常脑组织(6.67%,2/30;P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,β-catenin低表达、Gal-3高表达是脑膜瘤术后复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 人脑膜瘤组织β-catenin呈低表达,而Gal-3呈高表达,二者异常表达均与术后复发密切相关。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the expression changes of β-catenin and galectin-3 (Gal-3) in meningioma tissues and their relationship with the postoperative recurrence of patients with meningioma. Methods The exprsssion levels of β-catenin and Gal-3 were detected in meningioma tissues obtained from 93 patients with meningioma who underwent surgery from December 2017 to December 2019, and in normal cerenral tissues obtained from 30 patients with traumatic brain injury who underwent decompression using immunohistochemical staining. All the meningioma patients were followed up for 12 months. Results Of 93 meningioma patients, 19 had recurrence 1 year after the operation, with a recurrence rate of 20.43%, and 74 did not recur. The low expression rate of β-catenin in meningioma tissues (66.67%, 62/93) was significantly higher than that (16.67%, 5/30) in normal cerebral tissues (P<0.05). The high expression rate of Gal-3 in meningioma tissues (64.52%, 60/93) was significantly higher than that (6.67%, 2/30) in normal cerebral tissues (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that low expression of β-catenin and high expression of Gal-3 were independent risk factors for the postoperative recurrence of the patients with meningioma (P<0.05). Conclusion Most of the human meningiomas are of low expression of β-catenin and high expression of Gal-3. Both abnormal expressions are closely related to the postoperative recurrence of the patients with meningioma.
