摘要:
目的探讨小组配合抢救模式在神经外科急危重症患者术前抢救中的应用效果。方法选取我科2016年2月至2016年11月急诊入院手术患者60例为观察组，2015年5月至2016年1月急诊入院手术患者60例为对照组；观察组采用小组配合抢救模式接诊抢救，对照组采用当班护士接诊抢救。结果观察组喉罩置入建立人工气道时间、血管活性药物使用显效时间、患者入科至送入手术间时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）、健康宣教落实质量均优于对照组（P<0.01）、护理病历书写质量优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论将小组配合抢救模式应用到神经外科急危重症患者术前抢救中，能提高护士抢救配合的主动性、准确性以及默契性，缩短术前抢救时间确保手术顺利进行，有效提高抢救成功率。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of team cooperation rescue mode to neurosurgical preoperative emergencytreatment of critical ill patients in department of neurosurgery. Methods Of 120 patients with critical illness, 60 (observed group) werepreoperatively urgently treated by team cooperation mode from February, 2016 to November, 2016, and 60 (control group) by the routinerescue mode. Results The time of establishing artificial airway by laryngeal mask, the effective time of vasopressors, the time fromadmission to operation, and the quality of health education implementation were significantly better in the observed group than those inthe control group (P<0.01) and the quality of nursing record writing was significantly better in the observed group than that in the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusions The team cooperation rescue mode can improve nurses’ initiative, accuracy and understanding of therescue cooperation, shorten the preoperative rescue time, and effectively increase the success rate of rescue
