摘要:
目的 探讨LVIS支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤中长期的安全性、有效性。方法 回顾性分析2014~2017年采用LVIS支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞的108例(116枚动脉瘤)颅内动脉瘤的临床资料。随访时间为6~30个月,平均(14.3±5.4)个月。结果 栓塞后即刻造影显示均达到致密栓塞。栓塞后6个月,mRS评分0~2分,且无新发神经功能退化或出血死亡病例;DSA复查显示栓塞良好、动脉瘤稳定110枚(94.8%),有血栓栓塞(血管狭窄)并发症6枚(5.17%),且无神经功能缺陷症状,仅影像检查与术后即刻造影对比有狭窄,无再次出血、无复发需再次手术病例。结论 LVIS支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤有着良好的中长期安全性、有效性。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the long-term safety and effectiveness of LVIS stent-assisted embolization coiling of intracranial aneurysms. Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with 116 intracranial aneurysms which were treated by LVIS-assisted embolization from 2014 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were followed up from 6 to 30 months [mean, (14.3±5.4) months] after the embolization. Results No patients had the rupture or the recurrence of the aneurysms and no patient died during the following-up. Of 116 aneurysms, 110 (94.8%) were embolized well and 6 not. There was cerebrovascular stenosis in 6 (5.17%) cases. Modified Rankin Scale Scores ranged from 0 to 2 points in all the patients. Conclusion LVIS stent-assisted embolization is a safe and effective method to treat intracranial aneurysms.
