摘要:
目的 探讨3D打印技术在脑膜瘤术前定位中的应用价值。方法 收集2016年12月至2017年6月手术治疗的脑膜瘤10例,其中大脑凸面脑膜瘤7例、大脑镰旁脑膜瘤3例;将病人颅脑CT或MRI薄层扫描所得二维影像资料以DICOM格式刻盘存档,作为脑膜瘤原始数据,应用Mimics17.0软件重建出三维图像,最后通过3D打印出3D导板。术前将3D打印导板置于术区进行肿瘤定位。结果 10例均成功设计并打印出个体化3D打印导板,术前可辅助准确定位。肿瘤均达到SimpsonⅠ级切除。术后未出现明显血肿、脑水肿及神经症状。结论 3D打印技术可用于脑膜瘤术前精准定位,优化手术方案,提高手术效果。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of 3D printing technique in preoperative localization of meningiomas. Methods Of 10 patients with meningiomas treated in the Department of Neurosurgery, Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from December, 2016 to June, 2017, 7 suffered from cerebral convexity meningiomas, 3 from cerebral parafalx meningiomas. CT or MRI were performed in all the patients. The 3D images were reconstructed by Mimics17.0 software, and the 3D guide plates were finally printed out. The 3D guide plate was placed on the surgical area for the preoperative tumor location. Results The 3D guide plates were successfully designed and printed out in all the patients, in whom the tumors were exactly located before the operation. Simpson grade Ⅰ resection of the tumors was reached in all the patients. No significant hematoma, brain edema and neurological symptoms were observed after the operation in all the patients. Conclusion That the intracranial meningiomas can be exactly located by 3D printing technique before the operation is beneficial to the precise resection of the meningiomas.
