摘要:
目的 探讨基于自我效能理论的有氧运动处方在脑底异常血管网症(烟雾病,MMD)病人中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年4月收治的130例MMD为研究对象,其中100例符合纳入标准,按干预方法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采用常规术前护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于自我效能理论的有氧运动处方。干预2周,评估两组动脉血气分析PCO2值、健康行为自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、术后并发症发生率[脑高灌注综合征(CHS)、脑梗死、脑出血]。结果 与对照组相比,观察组PCO2值明显上升(P<0.05)、GSES总分明显增高(P<0.05)、术后CHS和脑梗死发生率显降低(P<0.05。结论 基于自我效能理论的有氧运动处方可增加MMD病人的自我效能感,提高脑缺血耐受性,减少术后并发症。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the efficacy of aerobic exercise prescriptions based on the self-efficacy theory for patients with moyamoya disease (MMD). Methods A total of 130 MMD patients admitted from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects. Among them, 100 cases met the inclusion criteria and were divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50) based on the intervention approaches. The control group received conventional preoperative care, while the observation group was administered the aerobic exercise prescription founded on the self-efficacy theory on the foundation of the control group. After a 2-week intervention, the PCO2 value of arterial blood gas analysis, the score of the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), and the incidence rates of postoperative complications[cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome (CHS), cerebral infarction, and cerebral hemorrhage]were evaluated in both groups. Results In contrast to the control group, the PCO2 value and total score of GSES increased significantly, and the incidence rates of postoperative CHS and cerebral infarction decreased significantly in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusions The aerobic exercise prescription based on the self-efficacy theory can augment the self-efficacy of MMD patients, enhance cerebral ischemic tolerance, and reduce postoperative complications.
