摘要:
外伤性永存三叉动脉（PTA）海绵窦瘘（CSF）是一种较为少见的疾病。本文报道1例36岁女性外伤性PTA-CSF，属于Barrow分型 B型、Lizuka分型成熟型，通过动脉入路应用弹簧圈和Onyx-18胶成功栓塞瘘口，同时完好保留了颈内动脉及基底动脉，术后即刻症状消失，术后3个月随访无复发。因此，成熟型外伤性PTA-CSF，术中即使闭塞PTA，术后发生缺血并发症的风险相对较低，介入栓塞治疗是安全有效的方法，可以达到较好的影像学及临床治愈效果。
Abstract:
Traumatic persistent trigeminal artery (PTA) cavernous sinus fistula (CSF) is a relatively rare condition. This case report describes a 36-year-old female patient with traumatic PTA-CSF, classified as Barrow type B and Lizuka mature type. The fistula was successfully embolized via the transarterial approach using coils and Onyx-18 glue, while preserving the integrity of the internal carotid artery and basilar artery. Immediate postoperative resolution of symptoms was observed, and no recurrence was noted during the 3-month follow-up. Therefore, for mature-type traumatic PTA-CSF, even if the PTA is occluded during the procedure, the risk of postoperative ischemic complications remains relatively low. Endovascular embolization therapy is a safe and effective treatment modality that can achieve satisfactory radiological and clinical outcomes.
