摘要:
目的 探讨2岁内婴幼儿及新生儿颅内出血的外科治疗。方法 对2006年2月至2013年12月收治的19例颅内出血并经外科手术治疗的危重婴幼儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，采用微创硬通道引流术2例，钻孔引流术9例，开颅血肿清除术7例，脑室外引流术+血管内治疗1例。结果 死亡2例，重残2例，轻残3例，轻度发育异常3例，发育良好9例。结论 对于2岁以内婴幼儿及新生儿颅内出血，早期在必要准备的情况下，合理选用外科手术治疗方法可有效降低患儿死亡率、致残率，改善预后。
Abstract:
Objectives To explore the surgical treatments of intracranial hemorrhages in the neonates and infants under 2 years of age. Methods The clinical data of 19 neonates and infants under 2 years of age patients with intracranial hemorrhages treated by surgery from February, 2006 to December, 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 19 patients, 12 were recovered well, 3 were slightly disabled, 2 severely disabled and 2 died. Conclusion The surgical treatments can improve the prognoses in the neonates and infants under 2 years of age patients with intracranial hemorrhages.
