摘要:
目的 探讨单一支架置入术治疗椎-锁骨下动脉联合狭窄的疗效。方法 2010年2月至2015年4月在保护伞辅助下进行单一支架置入术治疗椎-锁骨下动脉联合狭窄8例。术后采用彩色多普勒超声随访2年。结果 8例支架释放成功率为100%，椎-锁骨下动脉联合残余狭窄均小于10%，无手术相关并发症。术后随访24个月，超声未见再狭窄，两侧血压差≤10 mmHg，临床症状改善明显，无头晕发作及脑梗死。结论 单一支架置入术治疗椎-锁骨下动脉联合狭窄技术方法可靠，操作简单，手术安全性高，临床效果好。
Abstract:
Objective To summarize the clinical experience in treating the subclavian-vertebral artery bifurcation series stenoses by single stent technique. Methods Eight consecutive patients with symptomatic subclavian-vertebral artery bifurcation series stenoses were endovascularly treated by single stent implanting from February, 2010 to April, 2015. All the patients were followed up for 24 months. The curative outcomes were evaluated by the clinical symptoms, ultrasonagraphy and DSA. Results All the stents were successfully implanted. The residual stenoses after the stenting were less than 10% in all the patients. There were no operation-associated complications in all the patients. The clinical symptoms were significantly improved. No restenosis of the subclavian-vertebral arteries and no stroke events occurred during the following up in all the patients. Conclusion The treatment of subclavian-vertebral artery bifurcation series stenosis with single stent implantation is technically feasible and very effective.
