摘要:
目的 探讨椎-基底动脉夹层动脉瘤的血管内治疗的疗效。方法 回顾性分析采用血管内方法治疗的31例椎-基底动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床资料，23例接受支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗，8例行单纯支架置入术治疗。结果 术后即刻DSA复查显示，不显影9例，瘤颈残余6例，部分残余16例。术后2例发生急性脑梗死，2例发生小脑出血，经保守治疗后好转。26例DSA随访3~6个月，其中改善13例，稳定10例，复发3例。31例术后1年随访结果示，预后良好22例；遗留神经功能障碍9例，其中2例预后不佳。结论 椎-基底动脉夹层动脉瘤的血管内治疗有效率高，复发率低。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of endovascular treatment on vertebrobasilar dissecting aneurysms(VBDAs). Methods The clinical data of 31 patients with VBDAs, of whom, 23 received stent-assisted coils embolization and 8 did simple stent implantation in our hospital from January, 2013 to July, 2016, were analyzed retrospectively. Results DSA immediately after the treatment showed that VBDAs were totally occluded in 9 patients, subtotally in 16 and there were residual aneurysmal necks in 6. Of 26 patients followed up from 3 months to 6 months after the treatment, 13 cases were improved in symptoms, 10 had stable conditions and 3 had relapse. Of 31 patients after the treatment, 22 were recovered well and 7 had neurological dysfunction and 2 had poor prognoses 1 year after the treatment. Conclusion The endovascular treatment is an effective method to treat VBDAs.
