摘要:
目的 利用静息态功能磁共振构建脑网络,分析颅脑爆震伤病人慢性期脑网络的特点。方法 搜集颅脑爆震伤病人5例,健康对照10例,采集静息态功能磁共振数据,预处理后用AAL90模板标记脑区,计算脑区间相关系数,构建90×90的矩阵,评估其小世界性,并计算其网络参数。结果 颅脑爆震伤病人和正常受试者的脑网络均存在小世界性,颅脑爆震伤病人的局部效率和度显著降低(P<0.05),而全局效率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 颅脑爆震伤病人的脑网络依然有小世界性,但网络的局部效率和平均连接度均降低,可能预示着脑功能的潜在障碍。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the properties of brain network by resting functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in patients with craniocerebral blast injury. Methods The resting fMRI was performed in 5 patients with craniocerebral blast injury and 10 healthy subjects serving as control. The brain areas were labeled by anatomical automatic labeling 90 after the pretreatment. The coefficients of correlation of the brain regions were calculated and 90×90 matrix was constructed. Its small world was assessed and the areas under curve of network parameter were calculated. Results The characteristics of the small world of brain network in the patients with craniocerebral blast injury were in line with those in the healthy subjects, and the local efficiency and average connectivity degree were significantly lower in the patients with craniocerebral blast injury than those in the healthy subjects (P<0.05). Conclusions The brain network still had the characteristics of the small world in the patients with craniocerebral blast injury, in whom the significantly lower local efficiency and the average connectivity degree than those in the healthy subjects may suggest that there is potential disturbance of cerebral function in the patients with craniocerebral blast injury.
