摘要:
目的 探讨脂肪细胞增强剂结合蛋白1(AEBP1)在胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用生物信息学分析方法,利用ONCOMINE、GEPIA和STRING数据库评估AEBP1在GBM中的表达情况及其预后价值。结果 AEBP1在GBM组织中表达水平显著高于正常组织。生存分析表明,AEBP1表达水平与GBM总体生存率呈显著负相关。KEGG分析显示与AEBP1紧密相关的蛋白质主要参与肿瘤转录失调以及局部粘连信号通路。结论 我们应用生物信息学分析显示AEBP1可能参与GBM发生、发展,AEBP1表达水平增高可能是诊断GBM的重要指标,并有望成为预后指标。然而,AEBP1在GBM中的具体作用机制及其作为预后评估和治疗靶点的价值有待进一步研究
Abstract:
Objective To explore the expression of adipocyte enhancer binding protein 1 (AEBP1) in human glioblastoma (GBM) and its clinical significance. Methods Bioinformatics analysis methods were used to evaluate the expression of AEBP1 in human GBM and its prognostic value was analyzed using ONCOMINE, GEPIA and STRING databases. Results The expression level of AEBP1 in human GBM tissues was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues. Survival analysis showed that the expression level of AEBP1 was significantly negatively correlated with the overall survival rate of patients with GBM. KEGG analysis showed that proteins closely related to AEBP1 were mainly involved in tumor transcription disorders and local adhesion signaling pathways. Conclusions We applied bioinformatics analysis to show that AEBP1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of GBM. Increased expression of AEBP1 may be an important indicator for the diagnosis of GBM, and is expected to become a prognostic indicator of GBM. However, the specific mechanism of AEBP1 in GBM and its value in prognostic evaluation need to be further studied
