摘要:
目的 探讨无创血红蛋白浓度监测在脑肿瘤切除术中的应用价值。方法 2020年6~8月前瞻性收集择期脑肿瘤切除术30例,Masimo Radical-7脉搏碳氧血氧仪持续监测无创血红蛋白浓度,行血气分析检测有创血红蛋白浓度。结果 无创血红蛋白浓度[(128.3±18.2)g/L]显著高于有创血红蛋白浓度[(103.0±18.7)g/L;P<0.01],两者差值为(25.3±14.4)g/L(95%置信区间21.7~28.8 g/L),两者相关系数r=0.694(P<0.01)。结论 无创血红蛋白浓度与有创血红蛋白浓度呈中等正相关,指导术中输血的价值有限,但对术中进行有创血红蛋白浓度检测的时机有指导意义。
