摘要:
目的 分析外伤性胶质细胞增生症发病时间趋势。方法 回顾性分析64例经病理学确诊的外伤性胶质细胞增生症患者的临床资料,对伤后发病时间进行游程检验,推断外伤性胶质细胞增生症的发病是否随机,并通过趋势性检验判断发病是否具有时间趋势。结果 外伤性胶质细胞增生症为非随机事件(P<0.05);伤后2个月即可以发生,本组2例发病;以伤后6个月发病例数最多,11例发病;伤后6个月之前发病呈上升趋势(P<0.05),6个月之后发病呈下降趋势(P<0.05);伤后4~11月发病较为集中,共56例发病。结论 外伤性胶质细胞增生症与颅脑损伤后时间密切相关,呈一定的时间趋势,伤后6月为发病高峰,伤后4~11月为发病高概率区间,可望对外伤性胶质细胞增生症的流行病学提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the trends of the time from the traumatic brain injury (TBI) to occurrence of the reactive gliosis. Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with traumatic reactive gliosis after TBI, which was definitely diagnosed by the postoperative pathological examination, were analyzed retrospectively. The time of occurrence of the reactive gilosis after TBI were analyzed by Runs test to judge whether its occurrence was random or not. The trend of the time from TBI to the occurrence of reactive gliosis was analyzed by Trend test. Results The traumatic reactive gliosis after TBI was not a random event (P<0.05). The time of the occurrence of traumatic reactive gliosis ranged from 2 to 15 months after TBI in these 64 patients. The traumatic reactive gliosis occurred in 2 patients 2 months after TBI, in 11 patients 6 months after TBI, and in 1 patient 15 months after TBI. The incidence of the traumatic reactive gliosis gradually rose from 1 to 6 months after TBI, reached peak 6 months after TBI and then gradually declined (P<0.05). The traumatic reactive gliosis occurred in 56 (87.5%) patients from 4 to 11 months after TBI. Conclusions The onset of traumatic reactive gliosis and the time after TBI were strongly coupled in a particular time trend. The traumatic reactive glosis concentratively occurs from 4 to 11th month after TBI, especially 6 months after TBI. The above-mentioned time trend of its occurrence may provide the reference for the epidemiology of the traumatic reactive gliosis.
