摘要:
目的 探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与高血压性脑出血的关系。方法 选择2015年7月至2016年4月收治的原发性高血压性脑出血51例为观察组,同期健康体检者62例为对照组。检测两组血清Hcy,以血清Hcy水平>10 μmol/L作为高Hcy血症的诊断标准。分别收集两组收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标进行分析。结果 观察组血清Hcy水平[(19.08±1.22) μmol/L]明显高于对照组[(10.12±0.40)μmol/L;P<0.05)。相关性分析表明血清Hcy水平与血压、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C高低有明显相关性(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高Hcy血症是高血压性脑出血的一个独立危险因素(OR=3.358;95%可信区间为1.487~7.585;P=0.004)。结论 定期对高血压性脑出血高危人群进行血清Hcy水平检测对防治高血压性脑出血具有重要的临床价值。
Abstract:
Objective To study the relationship between serum level of homocysteine (Hcy) and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods The levels of serum Hcy and blood lipid including total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and blood pressure were measured from July, 2015 to April, 2016 in 51 patients with HICH and 62 healthy subjects. Results The levels of serum Hcy and blood LDL-C, and blood pressure including the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly higher in the patients with HICH than those in the healthy subjects (P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the serum level of Hcy was positively related to blood pressure, TG and LDL-C and negatively to HDL-C (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the high level of serum Hcy was a independent risk factor of HICH. Conclusions It is suggested that the high level of serum Hcy may be of the clinical value to diagnosis and prediction of HICH.
