摘要:
目的 探讨项目教学法在神经外科ICU全英护理本科生临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2014~2015年在我们科临床实习的全英护理本科学生(实习护士)40名为研究对象,将2014年采用传统方法教学的实习护士20名设为对照组,2015年采用项目教学法的实习护士20名设为观察组,两组学生均由同一临床带教老师授课。对照组采用传统临床教学法,观察组采用项目教学法。结果 观察组专科理论、基础理论、专业英语考试得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),基护操作、专科操作合格率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分[(98.76±1.13)分]明显高于对照组[(88.86±4.62)分;P<0.05]。结论 项目教学法有助于提高全英护理本科生的专科学习效果和英语水平,同时还可提高教学效果的质量和满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of the project teaching method (PTM) on clinical teaching outcomes in undergraduate nursing students in neurosurgery ICU. Methods Forty undergraduate nursing students interning in our department from 2014 to 2015 were divided into two groups, i.e. observed group in which 20 students were taught by PTM and control group in which 20 students were taught by traditional clinical teaching method. The teaching outcomes were analyzed in both the groups. Results The specialized and basic theory scores, professional English test scores, basic and qualified specialized operating rate and clinical teaching satisfaction rate were significantly higher in the observed group than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical teaching outcomes can be enhanced by PTM in the undergraduate nursing students interning in neurosurgery ICU.
