摘要:
目的 探讨依达拉奉对重型颅脑损伤(sTBI)患者血浆8-表氧前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)水平的影响及其治疗sTBI的效果。方法 将60例sTBI患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组均给予常规治疗,包括脱水降颅压、止血、抗感染、降血糖、营养药物及手术等。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予新型抗氧化剂依达拉奉(30 mg,静脉滴注,2次/d,持续2周)。治疗后2、3、7、14、30 d采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆8-iso-PGF2α水平。治疗后14 d进行GCS评分,治疗后3个月按照GOS评分评估患者预后。结果 治疗后2 d,两组血浆8-iso-PGF2α水平均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),随后显著下降(>P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组((>P<0.05)。治疗后14 d,两组gcs评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组明显高于对照组(>P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,两组gos评分均明显高于治疗前(>P<0.05),观察组明显高于对照组(>P<0.05)。>结论 应用依达拉奉可显著降低sTBI患者血浆8-iso-PGF2α水平,改善患者预后。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of endaravone on the prognoses and plasma level of 8-iso-prostaglandin-F2α (8-iso- PGF2α) in the patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods Sixty patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and treatment group (n=30). The patients in both the groups were given routine therapy including dehydration, anti-inflammation, hemostasis, anti-infection, lowering the intracranial pressure, anti-diabetics treatment, nutritious drugs and surgeries. Based on this, 30 mg endaravone twice a day for was intravenously injected for 2 weeks, twice a day, in the treatment group. The plasma levels of 8-iso- PGF2α were determined before the treatment and 1, 2, 6, 13 and 29 days after the treatment. GCS was assessed respectively on the admission and 14 d after the treatment, and the prognoses were assessed by GOS 3 months after the treatment in all the patients.
