摘要:
目的 探讨显微血管减压术(MVD)治疗舌咽神经痛(GPN)的安全性及临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月~2021年3月MVD治疗的25例GPN的临床资料。结果 术中发现常见的责任血管为小脑后下动脉(68.0%)。术后疼痛均缓解。术后出现轻微吞咽困难1例、局部脑脊液瘘1例、术侧面部麻木1例,无颅内感染及手术死亡病例。术后随访6个月~7年,中位数4年,未见复发。结论 MVD治疗GPN为相对安全的方法,长期预后良好。
