摘要:
目的 探讨胃泌素释放肽(GRP)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达情况及其意义。方法 运用免疫组化法检测70例不同病理级别人脑胶质瘤标本和5例正常人脑组织中GRP的表达水平。结果 GRP在正常人脑组织中均未见表达,而在人脑胶质瘤组织中高表达。胶质瘤GRP表达的阳性率[67.1%(47/70)]明显高于正常脑组织(P<0.05);而且,高级别脑胶质瘤GRP表达阳性率(87.2%,34/39)明显高于低级别脑胶质瘤(41.9%,13/31;P<0.05)。结论 GRP高表达可能对人脑胶质瘤细胞的发生、发展具有促进作用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the expression of gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP) in the human brain gliomas, and its relationship with malignant degree of the tumors. Methods Expression levels of GRP were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 70 patients with brain gliomas of whom, 31 had low grade gliomas (WHO grades Ⅰ and Ⅱ) and 39 high grade (WHO grades Ⅲ and Ⅳ), and 5 samples of normal brain tissues. Results There were no GRP expression in the normal brain tissues. The positive rate of GRP expression was 67.14% (47/70) in human glioma tissues. The positive rate (87.18%, 34/39) of GRP expression was significantly higher in the high grade gliomas than that (41.94%, 13/31) in the low grade gliomas (P<0.01). Conclusion It is suggested that the pathogenesis and development of human brain gliomas may be related to GRP overexpression.
